EXERCISE 7  –  SHOULDER & BACK POSTURE   –  PART II


Exercise 7 maintains strength in the shoulder areas and helps correct back posture. Similar to Exercise 4, we use a Theraband again to help stretch and strengthen muscles that have been affected by bad posture.

Many patients have a posture problem caused by sitting in front of computers at their desks. This problem affects young and old and we are seeing more and more children in recent times. Early detection and correction of bad posture in your children is probably one of the biggest favours you can give them for maintaining a healthy body and upright stature throughout their life.
