EXERCISE 6 – HIP & UPPER LEG PAIN RELIEF


Exercise 6 is a muscle stengthener for people with upper leg pain. Pain that exists just above the hip and or running down the thigh of the leg can be eased considerably by adopting this muscle strengthening exercise.

A little like a dance move, this exercise is best utilised as a slow “dance”. It’s the continual rhythm, not the speed of the exercise, that will get you feeling healthy and really sharpen up the muscles in and around your pelvis and hip and in your upper leg.
