EXERCISE 5 – NECK PAIN RELIEF


Many, many, many patients come to us with neck problems. After a small, corrective adjustment is done we normally wait 2-3 days before seeing you again for further correction, if required. During that time it is important that you stretch the muscles around the affected area. Exercise no 5 is a perfect way to do this.

Without this relieving exercise, the muscles can stiffen again, giving you more soreness and less flexibility. Maintain your health at home and relieve any progression of painful symptoms by adopting this simple, yet effective neck exercise.
