EXERCISE 4 – SHOULDER & BACK POSTURE


Exercise no 4, is a simple exercise for shoulder and back posture. The injury or ailment this corrective exercise is targeting is common amongst us, especially if you spend part of your day at a desk.

Using a theraband, this exercise is designed to strengthen the muscles that become stiff or lazy due to bad posture and to correct the problem effectively at home.

You can get your own theraband at the Carlton Health Wellness Centre. Just ask at reception.

If left without chiropractic adjustment or relieving exercise, this injury can develop into a deliberating RSI problem, so do exercise no. 4 regularly, if you have a slumping type of posture and are prone to shoulder pain.
