EXERCISE 3. – HIP PAIN RELIEF & LOWER BACK STRENGTH


In exercise no 3, we demonstrate a simple exercise for hip pain relief and for developing strength in the lower back and core.

It is very important that you watch the video carefully, as this exercise requires balance and managing your weight as you step back and lower your body in a straight and upright position using both legs.

If left without chiropractic adjustment or relieving exercise, hip pain caused through misalignment of your pelvis and spine can cause greater difficulty in all overall movement and flexibility. The injury will become more painful without exercise or strengthening your lower back as a preventative measure.
