EXERCISE 13 – SHOULDER POSTURE CORRECTION


“The Harley Exercise”

This is a great exercise for making you stand or sit straighter and taller. The exercise corrects forward and downward posture and helps with slumping spine problems.

If you sit at a desk for any length of time you will become tired and in doing so you rest on your spinal ligaments, instead of your muscles. This causes locking in your spine and can cause intense discomfort and a feeling of being unable to “straighten up”.

With stronger muscles groups from this exercise and other similar ones, you will become less fatigued and more supple.
