EXERCISE 11 – CORRECTING POSTURE


Your back and neck probably hurt due to bad posture, the source of which is relatively easy to correct. The way we stand or sit often does not use our skeleton efficiently, as we tend to slouch. Slouching while standing or sitting for any extended period of time will cause problems.
