EXERCISE 1 – SHOULDER PAIN


In exercise no 1, we demonstrate an easy & effective exercise for office workers especially, but also for all people who have stiffness and soreness in their shoulders.

This complaint is particularly common as sufferers continue to sit for long periods of time at desks with one arm extended (usually controlling a computer mouse or trackpad).

If left without chiropractic adjustment or relieving exercise, this ailment can become agonisingly painful and develop repetitive injury syndrome symptoms.
